Today, the Rotary Club of Romeoville put together and donated goodie bags with thank you notes to the Romeoville Police Department!     Our club recognizes all that the police do to protect the community and make sure that we are all safe.  Thank you to all of the community members who donated some of the items in our goodie bags.  And a special shoutout to retired Romeoville Police Chief and Rotary Member Mark Turvey for his inspiration for this event.  Chief Turvey was president of our club and police chief at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, seeing both the club and the village through trying times.
